WHAT I DO FOR THE AGENCY

I represent the agency to the client on a daily basis. I cultivate strong working relationships with clients that aid in business retention. I ask the hard questions and sometimes I take the fall. I oversee projects from concept to delivery and assist the entire team in any way possible. My goal is to get the job done right and efficiently.

WHAT I DO FOR THE CLIENT

I learn their business, their goals and mandates so I can act as their voice at the agency level. I gather as much information about the project and then break it down for the agency. I ensure that their budgets are met, deliverables are on schedule and their goals are achieved. I review creative before it leaves the agency to ensure it is staying on brand and meeting the objectives. My goal is to make the client happy therefore making the agency look good.

 

WHAT I DO FOR THE CREATIVE TEAM

I provide creative briefs that are strategic, detailed and easy to follow. I ensure that the team develops concepts that are on brand and work within budget (or work with the team to find a way to make it work). I ensure that they are aware of the schedule with friendly nudges and reminders. I encourage the team and when timing goes off-track I work with the printers, partners and/or client to find solutions.
